Once a prescription is filled, it is considered a final purchase because the medication cannot be used for another patient. Therefore, we do not provide refunds for prescriptions filled. We may provide you store credit depending on the nature of your issue and in our sole discretion. If you are not approved for a prescription by the provider, you will receive a full refund.

In certain cases, we may replace products that you have ordered. This includes instances where the product is damaged upon delivery. Return requests must be made within (3) days of delivery and may require you to submit photo evidence to support your claim.
