Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with SahssRxMD products or services, please contact us at support@allurerxmd.com. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns for prescriptions that have already been dispensed. Once a prescription is filled, it is considered a final purchase because the medication cannot be used for another patient. Therefore, we do not provide refunds. We may provide you store credit depending on the nature of your issue and in our sole discretion.

In certain cases, we may replace products that you have ordered. This includes instances where the product is damaged upon delivery. Return requests must be made within (3) days of delivery and may require you to submit photo evidence to support your claim.


All credits will be limited to one product and may take up to 15 days for processing.


The Refund Policy outlines any and all remedies afforded to you if you are unsatisfied and is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy on our Website. SahssRxMD does not guarantee any of its products for effectiveness or any other warranty. All sales are subject to the Terms outlined on the Website.
